How much is Postage & Packing
At the moment postage and packing is as follows:

  1. UK – 10% of order, minimum £2. Orders over £50 post free.
  2. EU/EEA – 20% of order, minimum £5.
  3. Rest of World – 30% of order, minimum £8.
How long will my order take?
We aim to dispatch in stock items by the next working day (Mon-Fri). Back order items are usually dispatched within 5-7 days. However, please allow up to 28 days for delivery in case there are problems.
What products do you stock?
At the moment we have access to the full range of Warlord Games, Victrix and Fireforge Games products, including miniatures, rules, books and accessories. We also have the full range of Perry Miniatures Plastics but not their metal ranges.

Moving forward we will look to add other manufacturers but we are aiming to maintain our focus on 28mm scale and historical periods so probably won’t be looking to add any fantasy or sci-fi ranges.

How do I pay for my order?
All payments are taken at time of order. We use PayPal as our payment gateway, allowing customers to use their own PayPal account or pay using Credit or Debit Cards through the PayPal interface. Please note we will only deliver to the verified billing address of the PayPal account or Credit/Debit Card holder.
Can I pay by Cheque or Cash?
No. In order to protect ourselves and our customers all payments must be processed through the website’s PayPal payment gateway.
Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately not. All orders are dispatched from a fulfillment facility that does not allow visitors.
Do you deliver internationally?
We are happy to deliver anywhere in the world (subject to trade restrictions). Please be aware though that the customer is responsible for paying all local taxes/import duty. always records the true value of the package on Customs and International Shipping Documentation as it is a legal and insurance requirement to do so.
What if I'm out when my package arrives?
If you are not in to receive the delivery at the time it is attempted, the delivery company will leave you a card.  This will allow you to arrange a re-delivery or collection from your local sorting office.
My package was returned to you, what happens now?
If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified, item not called for), then we will inform you immediately by email as soon as we receive the item.  From this point on, you will be given a choice whether you wish us to resend the item or allow you to cancel the order.  Please note that for items that were undelivered through the fault of the consumer and a refund is requested, we reserve the right to deduct our outward shipping fees from the refund total.
How are your items delivered?
Delivery will be by the most appropriate method for the package or the delivery options chosen by the customer. This will either be Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class or Courier service.
