No Quibble Returns Policy

We want you to enjoy high-quality wargames miniatures and other items we sell to the fullest extent.

But we also recognise that wargamers and collectors are sometimes overly eager to jump into new projects which might then sit on the shelf gathering dust until they are abandoned into the attic.

That’s why we at The King’s Shilling have a simple “No QuibbleReturns Policy.

Essentially, if at any point within 90 days of receiving your products you are not entirely satisfied with them, simply return them to us for a full refund (excluding Postage & Packing).


Returns Process

The process of returning and obtaining a refund or exchange on your purchase is easy:

Step 1 – Let Us Know

Reply to the “Order Confirmation” email stating exactly which products you wish to return and why along with whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange for another item.

Step 2 – Get Confirmation

We will provide you with a “Return Confirmation” email containing your “Return Reference Number” which you must note on the packaging and any other correspondence.

Step 3 – Return the Products

Place the item(s) in suitable packaging and return them to the address provided in the “Return Confirmation” email (please note we cannot provide refunds on items we do not receive back in good condition, so please ensure you use a delivery service relevant to the value of the items).

Step 4 – Get Your Refund or Exchange

Once we have received the items in good condition we will refund the amount to your previous method of payment or exchange and dispatch your replacement products. Any refunds will be pro-rata for multi-purchase items returned individually.


It’s That Easy!

We can’t make it any easier than that and of course none of this affects your statutory rights.
